Aaron Rosenthal is an experienced trademark attorney and former trademark examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Aaron focuses his practice primarily in the areas of trademark procurement, copyrights and trade secrets, representing a broad range of clients domestically and internationally.
Aaron’s practice covers trademark clearance, prosecution, international registrations, portfolio management, transactions, oppositions and cancellations before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, counseling and domain matters. Throughout his legal career, Aaron has helped thousands of applicants with their trademark needs.
Aaron received his J.D. at DePaul University in Chicago and was a contributor to the Journal of Art, Technology and Intellectual Property. He also served as Staff Attorney and Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Daniel Patrick Brennan of the Circuit Court of Cook County Illinois.
