Bruce Jacoby provides strategic counseling and management in the areas of trademarks, copyrights and related intellectual property matters.
Bruce has been practicing intellectual property law since 2003 as an associate attorney (Wiggin and Dana LLP in New Haven, CT), law school clinical professor (UConn School of Law’s Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic) and now as a private practice practitioner. He also brings his unique experiences of over 25 years as a filmmaker, freelance writer and creative director to the practice of intellectual property law.
Bruce enjoys film, theater, cooking, and most importantly, spending time with his now-grown daughters.
Bruce received his B.A. in film and languages from Friends World College, and his J.D. and Intellectual Property Certificate from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law.
He is admitted to practice in Connecticut (state and federal courts) as well as the Southern District of New York.
