David Fortunato is a registered patent attorney with over 25 years of legal experience practicing intellectual property law both in private practice and for major corporations.  David also worked as an electrical engineer for AT&T Bell Labs before entering the practice of law. 

David’s practice covers a broad range of intellectual property matters including patent prosecution in the software and electrical engineering arts and medical devices, trademark services, opinions of counsel regarding infringement, clearance and validity, intellectual portfolio management, trade secrets (audits and best practices), intellectual property agreements and dispute resolution.
