Rich Howe is a patent attorney with practical experience in intellectual property law as well as engineering. With a practical and educational background in computer science and mathematics, Rich’s practice focuses on software and business method patents, as well as the mechanical arts. Prior to entering the practice of law, Rich spent almost ten years as an Engineer for Lockheed Martin, most recently serving as a Senior Engineer.
Rich’s practice covers a broad range of intellectual property matters including patent prosecution relating to software as well as the mechanical and electrical arts, opinions of counsel regarding patent infringement, clearance and validity investigations, and intellectual property portfolio management.
