Rachel Yoo is Of Counsel to Kim IP. Ms. Yoo obtained her law degree from Sookmyung Women’s University in Korea and an LLM from Northwestern University School of Law. Fluent in Korean and English, Ms. Yoo works with both U.S. and Korean companies and clients. In addition, she serves as a member of the advisory board of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), a non-profit governmental agency promoting the international trade and investment.
Ms. Yoo has been recognized in the 2018-2022 editions of New York Metro Super Lawyers – Rising Stars and Marquis Who’s Who in American Law. She also proudly serves as a voluntary lawyer for the Safe Passage Project, a New York-based nonprofit that provides pro bono legal services to unaccompanied children in immigration proceedings and as a special lecturer at Sookymyung Women’s University, Korea.
