WooYoung Chang is a registered patent attorney at Kim IP with a practice that focuses primarily on patent procurement in various technical fields, including the chemical, material science, mechanical, and computer science arts. Woo’s practice also encompasses both U.S. domestic and international patent prosecution along with worldwide patent portfolio management.

Prior to joining Kim IP, Woo practiced at a boutique IP firm in Pittsburgh. Woo also formerly served as a Captain in the U.S. Army Reserve.
